HireSmith (www.hiresmith.net) is the online job-search website/database customized for students of the Smith School of Business. It facilitates the recruitment of Smith students and alumni. It can be compared to the famous Monster and HotJobs websites, with employers and events specifically geared toward the Smith community.

Career Success Center
The Robert H. Smith School of Business is excited to announce our new virtual career success center. We have partnered with CareerBeam, LLC to bring you the best company and industry research tools, international databases and lead generation technology available in the market. The success center also has a career development seminar series that has assessments, professional resume and cover letter builders and search strategy resources for you.

Discounted Career Counseling Services
Smith alumni receive a 30% discount on CareerBeam’s private practice career counseling rates. To engage a Career Beam career counselor, call 703.889.8533 ext.205, or email christa@careerbeam.com. Please identify yourself as a Smith School of Business alumnus. CareerBeam Career Coaching Services can provide cover letter and resume critiques, career goal advising and more.
