Registration for the Alumni Network

The Following are examples of the two (2) forms that are used to create Profiles within the Alumni Network. Instructions on what needs to be filled out on each of the forms is in "Blue". The First is the Registration Form and the Second is the Forgot my Username and Password Form.

Registration Form

The following form is to be used by Alumnus that Graduated prior to 1999. This form will contain information that is needed to verify the person making the request is an Alumnus of the Robert H. School of Business.

Forgot my Username and Password (Password Reset) Form

The following form is to be used by Alumnus that Graduated after 1999. This form will contain information that is needed to verify the person making the request is an Alumnus of the Robert H. School of Business. Once this is done by the system it will reply to the Alumnus with their Username and New Password. This information will be sent via email to the email address given by the Alumnus.
